General Meeting

TIME: The meeting starts at 10:30 am sharp

Morning tea will be available beforehand and a BBQ lunch to follow

This is an opportunity to hear all that has been happening since the AGM, our future plans and come together to celebrate.

The committee will provide members with updates in relation to:-

• Recent Activities
• The financial position of the gardens and actual running costs summary
• Upcoming Events
  • Fund Raising Activities
  • Festival Involvement
• Education Workshops
• Bio Security Issues (Queensland Fruit Fly)
• Recent and Ongoing Projects
• New Projects planned and being considered

Members have the opportunity to discuss matters of interest

Our Annual Dinner is scheduled to commence at 5pm

There will be a main meal provided and BYO drinks

Please bring a salad or a sweet to share

There will be fun activities and our famous raffle

Also, we do need volunteers to help set up, which is a fun, social activity

All activities will be outside, under cover, so dress appropriately
