300 ml milk ( full creem )
1⁄4 tsp Nutmeg fresh ground is best
brandy to taste
optional vanilla essence to taste

STEP 1 add milk into mixing bowl and combine pudding mix by
STEP 2 slowly sprinkle on top of the milk
STEP 3 combine the cream
STEP 4 beat with electric mixer for 1 min
STEP 5 add Nutmeg
STEP 6 add brandy to taste

Place in the refrigerator can be made the night before If it gets too thick just add some milk and re mix,
This recipe can be doubled and tripled
